Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a regular or silicone muffin pan with paper liners. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In a blender or food processor, blend the milk, banana, honey, spinach, melted butter and egg until completely pureed. Pour wet ingredients into the dry and stir gently until just combined. Fill cups in prepared muffin tins and bake 18 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
